harmone is a chemical substance secreted by our body.if it secrets over it creates some problem in our body if it secrets less also it create some problem so the time and amount of secretion is maintained in our body.harmones are secreted by gland.eg:if thyroid is a gland which secretes thyroxine.if it secrets less then it may result in goitre disease.
