okay. First of all, we are taking the name "Hydrolases"; let's separate it- "Hydro" and "lases".Well,Hydro means presence of water that is related to Hydrolysis. The enzymes which execute hydrolysis for breaking the molecules are called,Hydrolases.

Digestive system means there is a presence of digestive juices contain enzymes which breaks down the protein, lipid ,carbohydrate into smaller and simple particles by using hydrolysis. that's why enzymes realated to D.G System are hydrolases.

Cheers!!
