the bond formed between two or more atoms as aresult of transfer of electron from one atom to another is called ionic bond
and instead of transferring the electron the atoms share the electron then it is known as covalent bond
if the electrons are being shared from one atom then the bond formed is co ordinate

covalent is greater than co ordinate greater than ionic bond

Avi11111111: bro, I don't think that definition of Co ordinate is appropriate
adithyalokanath: i check it and send the appropriate one
adithyalokanath: so chill untill then
adithyalokanath: ok , it is a covalent bond in which the shared electron pair comes from one atom is called coordinate bond
