Mass of scooter =2x

Mass of bike =3x

V1=V2=108 km/h

As K.E.=1/2mv^2

So K.E. of scooter=1/2*2x*108*108

And K.E. of bike=1/2*3x*108*108

K.E. of scooter=11664x

K.E. of bike=17496x

Ratio of bike to that of scooter=17496x/11664x

3/2

So their ratios are 3:2
