Here is your answer friend.

Isotopes- They are the elements which have the same atomic number but different mass numbers. E.g - Chlorine has two isotopes one with mass 35 and other with 37.Hence its mass number is taken to be the average of the two i.e. 35.5

Isobars- They are the elements which have different atomic numbers but same mass numbers.
