A ligent is a connective tissue that connects two bones. They are founds at joints joining the bones. They are also a calcium composition like bones. when ligaments are destroyed we feel pain in joints. Tendons are also like a connective tissues that joins muscles with bones .When we have an accident then we feel pains in muscles and its swelling it is due to distruction of tendons.
