COTTON, JUTE AND HEMP are two main fibre crops in India.

EXPLANATION:

COTTON provides the basic raw materials to cotton textile industry. The main cotton providing states are Gujarat, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.

JUTE is called GOLDEN FIBRE of India.

West Bengal, Assam and Bihar are Main Jute producing States in India.

HEMP FIBRE is commonly called as BAST, which refers to the fibres which grow on the outside of the plant stalk similarly like JUTE.

Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand are only States which provides HEMP FIBRE.
