no mammals have mature red blood cells with nuclei. However, all red blood cells have nuclei until they complete development and enter circulation. Some animals, such as camelids, tends to have a few circulating red blood cells that have retained their nuclei. However, the vast majority of their red blood cells are anucleate.

In mammals RBC doesnot contain nucleus but when it is young it has nucleus after attaining maturity nucleus disappear because haemoglobin combines with oxygen, so large space can be acquired.
