Allows young people at home to discover their potential their talent and fully exploit their talent so that they became of greater use to the world . people get a break from their busy life and take a breath to do the next right step properly instead of rushing it.People get more chances to reconnect with their family loved ones friends etc.

Have more time to do things that they never got a chance to.

Demerits.
