Minerals are natural occuring Substances in which METALs are found in the Combined state i.e Found in the compound Form...These minerals are found inside the Earth crust...

Suppose we have three minerals A B and C which contain metal Zinc say....
Now we want to extract the zinc from these minerals and It takes much effort , inconvenience , and costly to ectract zinc from minerals A and B say...But it is easy to extract Zinc from mineral C...as it takes less effort , less cost and convenient....

Here this Mineral C is Ore but A and B are not Ore...Or we can say C is an Ore of Zinc Metal

So Ore is that mineral from which metal is extract conveniently and profitably....

So All Ores are Minerals but All Minerals are not Ore...

Extraction of metals from their ores using several process is called Metallurgy...

Name of Some Ores of Metals are as follow

Ore - Bauxite(Aluminum Oxide) Metal present in ore - Aluminum

Ore - Zinc Blend (Zinc Sulphide) Metal present in Ore - Zinc

Ore - Copper Glance (Cupper Sulphide) Metal - Copper

Ore - Cinnabar (Mercury sulphide ) Metal - Mercury

Note Mostly Ore are found as Oxides and Sulphides....
