What are 'Mutually Exclusive events'? Give an example.

two events are said to be mutually exclusive when one event prohibits the occurrence of another event
eg : the occurrence of head prevents the occurrence of tail while tossing a coin.
it means only one event can happen either head or a tail but not both
it means exclusively one can happen
note : these events are also equally likely because chances of getting a head or a tail is the same

if I am not wrong two mutually exclusive events are events Dependant on each other.
