The realization one has after answering the assessment tools of the subject of physical education is as follows:

• Many students find the subject of physical education quite boring and monotonous, because most of the student cannot relate to the core of the subject. Although, physical education is important students take it very lightly.
• However, through physical education, we have made several realizations. Among these is the realization that physical education thinks about how to better take care of ourselves.
• As such, during the assessment, we learned that valuing physical health is needed. If we begin to care for our bodies, we can only benefit from it. And, we won’t just see improvements in our physical aspect but also our mental as well.
• Thus, we really need to undergo physical education in order to realize the benefits of taking care of ourselves for a holistic experience.
