neurotransmitters are substance used to pass on impulses from one neuron to another.
eg:acetyl choline
neuro transmitters are present in the synaptic vesicle. the vesicle fuses with the inner membrane of pre synaptic neuron and diffuse the neuro transmitters which are received by post synaptic neuron.this results in the conduction of impulses
