Division of labor means the allocation of different types of jobs to various people or in this case men and women, it allows for efficiency and specialization.

Division of labor is not justified for women because:

Women are generally considered weaker beings.

Women are not remunerated as that of men.

They are not allowed to work far away from their houses.

Most women get more holidays during the year than men that make them work for lesser days in the year, especially during childbirth.
