1.Theoretical education:

This unemployment is in a few quarters ascribed to the system of education prevailing in our country. Our education is too theoretical. It turns too numerous expressions graduates and too few engineers.

To compensate for this inadequacy Government has opened a few mechanical institutes in various parts of India. However, this endeavor, great for what it's worth, won't take care of the issue of unemployment.

As of now there are more in fact trained men than there is employment for them.


2. Lack of full employment in industries:

In the industrial fragment, there is a similar lack of full employment. There are very few plants and factories and the quantity of men utilized in them isn't extensive. 4. Poor state of cottage industries:
