Disease causing microorganisms like fungi,bacteria and viruses anre mainly found in sewages,hospital waste, run off water from farms ,and in water used for swimming.most pathogens are parasites(live of the host) and the disease they cause they are indirectly effect of their obtaining food ,their shelter, on Host.
Larger parasites such as worms and not called pathogens
