Petrochemicals are obtained from fractional distillation i.e. when the crude oil is heated, different types of chemicals like LPG, KEROSENE,PETROL, DIESEL,LUBRICANTS etc are obtained at different temperatures.
These petrochemicals are used in the manufacturing of different types of things like :-
Rubber,cosmetics,wax candles, lubricating oils, gasoline, Vaseline,tar,etc.
