POINT OBJECTS MAY REFER TO THE 2-D,3-D OBJECTS.AND ALSO THE TERM POINT OBJECT REFERS THOSE TINY  OBJECTS WHOSE SIZE IS  CALCULATED AS A DOT SIZE.

If the position of an object changes by distances much greater than its own size in a reasonable duration of time then the object may be regarded as a point object.....

Example - A train under a journey of several 100kms can be regarding as a point object....
