There is no positive aspect there are only negative aspects of the casteism as human being was born free and there is no one's right to do the casteism with any one as one have a sense of self respect and right to be free from any type of the dominance and hence due to casteism one may lose self respect and may be also treated worse than the Animal!!

they feel insecure and discriminated against ...
caste where on one side unites people ,, it also creates a big social difference leading to social division.
