There are many disadvantages of the Secondary data. The Secondary data are cheap and easily available through various trusted and un-trusted sources available in internet (i.e. Google, Government sites, other websites).
The authenticity of these data is not proved. Hence it can cause problem.
To avoid the problem, an entrepreneur must do required market research and gather primary data to meet his purpose.
