Eukaryotic cells doesn't have nucleus in them.
examples: bacteria.
prokaryotic cells does have nucleus in them.
examples: all cells.

eukaryotic means any organism having well defined nuclear region.e.g. humans,etc.



whereas prokaryotic means any organism that doesn't have well defined nuclear region . E.g. bacteria,etc.
