Those cells whose nucleous are well developed (Nucleous, Nuclear membrane, chromatin material ) are called eukaryotic cells.
If one of them ( (Nucleous, Nuclear membrane, chromatin material ) are absent then prokaryotic cell.

Eukaryotic cells
1 cell size is large 5-10um.
2 flagella present.
3 80s ribosomes.
