Types of resources :

Resources can also be classified according to:

1. Origin : Biotic and abiotic

2. On the basis of exhaustibility: Renewable and Non renewable.


3. On the basis of ownership:
Individual, commmunity, National and International


4. On the basis of status of development :
Potential, Developed , Stock, Reserves .

a stock or supply of money , materials,staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organisation in order to function effectively is known as resources.
