THE BLACK REACTION WAS INVENTED BY CAMILO GOLGI IN 1873.BLACK REACTION IS A NERVOUS TISSUE STAINIING TECHNIQUE.

Mitochondria are organelle which are called the "Powerhouse of the cell" because they are responsible for the storage of energy released during respiration.
The Mitochondria which are thus found in the muscle fibers are called Sarcosomes.

The dark reaction is also called Golgi method.
It is a staining technique.
