Shottky defect:-In this type of defect equal number of cations and anions are missing from their lattice site leaving behind a pair of holes. The electrical neutrality and stoichiometry is maintain but the density of the crystal decreases.
Frenkel defect:-In this type of defect, one of the ions generally the cation with smaller size are displaced from their lattice site to interstitial site. The electrical neutrality and stoichiometry are maintained And the density of the crystals remained same.
Frenkel defect:-In this type of defect, one of the ions generally the cation with smaller size are displaced from their lattice site to interstitial site. The electrical neutrality and stoichiometry are maintained And the density of the crystals remained same.

Answer:
Schotty defect :
Missing of equal number of cation and anion in the crystal lattice.
Frenkel defect :
Smaller ion usually cation dislocate from its normal site to interstitial site
Common example for both defect : AgBr
