SHG's are self help group...these are the small group, all members of shg collect money...and any farmer or so wants money they can take it from there n return it with interest...it helps those who have problem regarding collateral...n they charge interest less then any other moneylender...or other...

it consist of members who pool their savings and constitute a fund which is further used in making finance and advances to other member.
the asset is help borrowers overcome the problem of lack of collateral.
