What are similarities/difference between Sri Lanka and Belgium way of power sharing

SIMILARITIES:

Both of the countries had problems within different communities. Leading to civil wars.

DIFFERENCES:

Belgium adopted power sharing and community govt policy, whle Sri Lanka adopted the policy of Majoritarionism.Belgium gave chances to all community, bt in Slanka only the majority ruled.Belgium sorted the problem efficiantly but in SrL the problem is growing day to day.
