our society is full of stereotype activities such as in earlydays people practised child-marriage. Even today stereotype lies in our society.

Some measures needed to take to decrease the stereotype attitude of society regarding the career selection of their children are :-

• Parents shouldn't force their children's to go to any particular field ,such as doctors or engineers. The children should choose their career according to their choice.
• Career guidance should be taught to the children's so that they would choose their own career.
• Even the parents should be taught career guidance so they would understand their children's choice.
