what are stomata and lenticels ? discuss their role in exchange of gases in plants .

hello friend...

stomata are tinny pores present on epidermis of leaves, stem and other organs where exchange of gases occurs. stomata help me exchange of gases between plant and atmosphere as well as also helps in transpiration.
lenticels are also pore like structure but found only in trunks.
