Clauses can be divided into Subordinate and Coordinate clauses.
In Subordinate clauses,one part is independent whereas the other part is dependent on the independent clause.
In Coordinate clauses,both clauses are independent and can stand on their own.



The sub types of clauses are

2.Adverb clause

3.Adjactive clause
