Hello friend

A table is a grid of rows and columns that intersect to form cells. The lines that mark the cell boundaries are called grid lines. It's often easier to read or present information in table format than in paragraph format.

To Insert a Table , we need to follow these steps:

1) Place the cursor in your document where you want to insert the table.
2) Choose Table - Insert - Table.
3) In the Size area, enter the number of rows and columns.
4) Select the options that you want, click OK.
