  • While Article 345 provides the list of languages that are recognised as the official language of Indian Union and also about any language to be adopted as the official language of a state by its state legislature.  
  • While Article 346 of the constitution recognises Devanagari as the official language of the central government of India. It allowed to use English for the official purposes,
