@ fruit have spike inflorescence 

@ roots function is absorbing water and store food 

@ stem is modified to thrones .

*they have their chlorophyll pigment in their stem which helps for photosynthesis
*they have globe shaped stem which is the adaptation for highest volume of water stored
*all cacti have AREOLES- highly specialized short shoots extremly short internodes that produce spines both for protection  and for retarding transpiration
*they have very long roots with more root hairs that spreads widely
