The advantages and disadvantages of e business are as follows :

Advantages :



1. World wide presence : The major advantages of engaging business online to have presence world wide.

2. Cost effective marketing and promotions : Using internet to market product is a very nominal method which guarantees the world wide reach. p

3. Better customer service : E business has change the costumers service image enormously.


Disadvantages :


1. Costly maintenance : Substantial resources are required to set up online business which requires computer upgrade and personal upgrade . This can be disadvantage for some organization.

2. Sartorial limitation : the main disadvantage of E business is lack of growth in some sectors i. e food .

3. Security concern : The security concern also lead to privacy issue .There are many example of contact list and personal details were exposed due to weak E business system security .
