Advantages
- Advantages are such that you don't need extra complicated equipment to do the test
- It is a quick and easy method
Disadvantages
- Not everyone is suitable for the test because people with stretched muscles or back problems can hurt themselves
- Results vary depending upon the ratio of lower body to upper body of the people e.g. people with long legs and short arms find it difficult
