The adverse effects are many in count for the topic of the question, But here are a few-:

1). One of the affects of destruction of wildlife would be the imbalance in the food web as everything is balanced in nature. Due to this imbalance certain beautiful species of plants and animals will perish or extinct.

2). As the effect of urbanisation, Many forests are cleared to make industrial or residential areas to accomodate the excess population of that particular city, as we clear up trees, we will have a lower rate of the oxygen gas in the air and we also harm the wildlife by destroying their habitats.
