vegetable oil is converted into ghee

Hydrogenation is a process in which the unsaturated compounds(Alkenes or Alkynes) react with Hydrogen in presence of Catalysts(Nickel or Palladium) to form a Saturated compound.

This process is mainly used in conversion of Vegetable Oil into Ghee
