Reason for real success for federalism in India are;

1. In India, there is there types of government central govt. , state govt. , local govt.

2. Both central and state govt. are free to govern on the same citizen. And also they have separately answerable to the people.

3. central govt. look national interest of the country like ,defence of the country, foreign affairs,banking communications and currency.

4. Central govt. look their state policy such as police , trade, commerce,agriculture and irrigation.

5. Both govt. doesn't interfere in any matter of both of them .
