Following are the characteristic features of reproduction:-
Sexual reproduction requires two parents to produce offspring, while in asexual reproduction it requires only one parent to produce offspring.
Sexual reproduction involves fusion of gametes. Asexual reproduction do not involve fusion of gametes.
In asexual reproduction, the new individual produced are exact copies of their parents that is there is no or little variations. But in sexual reproduction, variations do occur because a copy of chromosomes passed from both parents to the offsprings.

Mainly Sexual Reproduction (Conjugation, Transformation and Transduction) and Asexual (Binary Fission). This two way parents will share genetic material to produce offspring.
