1] Explain them the effects of it.

Example: 75% Diseases and more are based on Percentage of cleanliness.Insects  -flies-mosquitoes are just a part of it through which it is spread more.

2]Also ,We may explain like: If we keep clean  our surroundings clean, diseases based on Mosquitoes .i.e. malaria,dengue etc & diseases based on flies Filariasis, cholera, dysentery etc & diseases based on other insects such as fleas n ticks[Plague,Lyme etc] can be reduced! We can thus live a better life. This will save treatment money in severe cases. No travelling for appointments. And thus ,will be able to work n feed family.

Hence, Cleanliness is next godliness!
