There are a lot lot and lot of benefits. I personally write Dairy every day. It's mainly depends on your personality and the secrets you have. The secrets you have within you.. this stories of your, you can't tell anybody, can be written in your Dairy. It's the best friend.
In my opinion you should write Dairy....
And so you know if I won't write Dairy for two or three days, I don't know why but it feels kinda sad that I'm not talking to a very important friend..
