Crow , a symbol of negativity is used in the poem. Although It is a symbol of negativty, it creates a positive impact on the poet. Imagery ,a poetic device that creates a scenario in our mind when we read something, is used brilliantly in this poem. While reading the poem, one can image a hemlock tree and crow shaking one of its branches as a dust of snow falls
