AIDS is caused by a HIV . This virus attack the white blood cells in human blood.
Mode of infection:
1. When a person has sexual contact with an infected person.
2. By using contaminated needles and blades or razor.
3. By blood to blood contact as in blood transfusion.
4. From a infected mother to foetus

people r not born with it bt get infectd by hiv virus....lt attacks wbc and thus ruins immuno power of body some of the ways of spreading r:
aids is spreadd throgh blood only
*unprotectd sexual contact(with hiv infctd person)
*sharing needles of infected person
*from infectd mothr during pregnancy or delivery
nb:no problem of speaking having contact or sharing food with infctd people andit wont spread by coughing or sneezing....
