Answer: kingdom monera is unicellular with prokaryotic cellular organisation. These are found in all types of environment generally not habitated by other living beings. They are photoautotrophs or chemoautotrophs but majority are heterotrophs. DNA exist in simple double stranded single chromosome. Cell wall is made up of peptidoglycan(muerin). Membrane bound like mitochondria, endiplasmic reticulum etc are absent. Reproduction is asexual by budding or binary fission. Rarely sexual reproduction takes place by congujation method.
