The main components of the transport system in human beings are the heart, blood, and blood vessels - arteries, veins, capillaries.
★ The heart is a muscular organ which pumps blood around the blood vessels.
★ Blood is a vital body fluid, consisting of plasma, platelets, and red and white blood cells.
★ constituents of blood :-
PLASMA :- it carries dissolved food for the body cells, waste matter and carbon dioxide secreated by them, antibodies to combat infection , and enzymes and hormones which control body process.
RBC ( RED BLOOD CELLS ) :- the red blood cells pass the oxygen to the body cells (by diffusion)and then return to the lungs with hemoglobin.
WBC ( WHITE BLOOD CELLS ):- they are important in body defence, they swallow up foreign bodies, eg:- bacteria.
★ The circulatory system or vascular system is a network of blood filled tubes or blood vessels - arteries, veins and capillaries.
Arteries :- these blood vessels carrying blood away from the heart, it also carries dissolved food and waste , brought into the heart by veins, and there transferred to the arteries. These carry food to the cells( via arterioles and capillaries) and the waste to the kidney.
Veins :- They contain valves to stop blood flowing backwards due to gravity, The blood contains carbon dioxide ( except pulmonary veins ) and waste matter, both picked up from body cells by capillaries . the blood in the veins leading from the digestive system and liver also carries dissolved food.
Capillaries :- Oxygen and dissolved food pass out through their walls to the body cells, and carbon dioxide and water pass in , the capillaries of the digestive organs and the liver also pick up food.

Answer:
The main components of the transport system in the body of human are given as follows:
(i) Heart: It acts as a pump to transport oxygenated blood throughout the body. It receives deoxygenated blood from the various body parts and sends this impure blood to the lungs for oxygenation.
(ii) Blood: It is a fluid connective tissue, which helps in transportation of oxygen, nutrients, CO2 and nitrogenous wastes.
(iii) Blood Vessels: They (arteries, veins, and capillaries) carry blood either away from the heart to various organs or from various organs back to the heart.
