Deficiency of Hemoglobin in blood leads to a disease called Anaemia in which the oxygen supply to the body is greatly reduced. The affected person will feel tired an unable to perform regular day-to-day activities. In extreme cases, it may cause muscle pain and extreme weakness that may leads to death also.
Patients are adviced to take iron rich diet including eggs, meat and green leafy vegetables along with Folic acid supplementation.

Due to the deficiency of haemoglobin in blood, its oxygen carrying capacity decreases . As a result the production of energy by oxidation will become slower . One would fall sick and would feel fatigue most of the time .
