what are the consequences of the pressure and temperature in the interior of the earth

due to the intensive pressure and temperature inside earth, the metals and rocks present there melt and combine together to form magma. 
this is really hot as pressure is directly proportional to heat.
this magma comes up on the earths surface via various fissures and cracks and these are known as volcanoes.
the movement of magma is also responsible for the movement of tectonic plates on the surface of earth.
the same temperature and pressure turns coal into diamond.

on the first night of my life
i was inside my father's wife
they didn't know mom was going to be a mother
they always wanted not me and my brother
soon they knew a baby was coming to the world
they didn't know whether a boy or a girl
papa started taking care of mommy
putting his ear against her tummy 
he was happy to become a dad
but when he got to know that i was a girl, he became so sad
soon, sadness became anger and rage
i felt like a bird in a cage
it all happened so fast, i cant believe 
i was dead the next day
my father was now in relief
what was my fault, i didn't know
why was i killed and didn't get a chance to grow
i will never know the cause
like thousands of other girls, because
i am a girl and you are not.
