Bonjour  Dear,

         The constituents of phloem are as follow -

  1. Sieve Tube
  2. Companion cells
  3. Phloem fibers
  4. Phloem parenchyma

Note:- The cells in the phloem need to be alive to provide energy for active transport when transporting sucrose around the plant.
