What are the criticism of RTE Act 2009? Give some suggestions against those criticism.

After 2002, Right to Education become fundamental right. Now, Right to free and compulsory eduation become a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6-14 years. The right of children to free and compulsory act, 2009 has been passed and came into force with effect from 1st April, 2010.
