The demands of the Tamil Nadu for Cauvery water are :
1. Enough water of Cauvery water to be released to T.N.
2. T.N wants a Cauvery Management Board to be set up to protect its interests in the Cauvery water dispute.
3. Restrain Karnataka from construction of reservoirs and lift irrigation projects at certain places.
4. T.N also demanded to set up Cauvery Water Regulation Committee (CWRC).
